I have been sitting a lot of renovation video for a little while now. I should really get a video featuring what our house actually looks like up, but for now, enjoy this epic battle.
I think my favourite part in this video is when I start to whine to Leah. Or perhaps when I tried removing the front while the electrical box was still attached. All-in-all it was a huge and annoying project, but the house looks much, much better for it.

@Ian - I thought about calling it “Ian Elford vs. The Fake Fireplace” but it just didn’t quite have the same ring to it. 
@Tanya - You should be glad. So much work. And I will have to make more videos for Chlo-bug.

Tell me you didn’t throw that fireplace out. Sweet Jesus. The possibilities for fake fireplace installation are amazing - bus shelters, locker rooms, McDonald’s Drive-thru, the list goes on and on. Waisted potential.
Also, who was that hunk-of-a-man with the long hair who got things done? CUTE BUM! <3 that bum. More videos starring him - but with hot pants please. And roller-skates.

I did throw out that fireplace. That fireplace, plus all the carpet from the upstairs, weighed over a ton of garbage at the end of the day.
Don’t fret. If you want to do an installation piece, I have a second fake fireplace downstairs that you are free to take.
And I will see what I can do to get Ian greased up for you.

My favourite part is when that attractive guy with the long hair shows up and progress is actually made. Especially when you try to get that board off the wall, and then he comes along and gets it done. I like that part.
