• About Bailing Bucket

Bailing Bucket is the creative blog of Rhett Soveran.

Rhett lives in Calgary, AB, works as the Web Editor of WestJet's up! magazine and is married to Leah... More about Rhett Soveran.

Each post has at least two lies (that's probably a lie).

My first onesie

My first onesie: a cure for winter from Rhett Soveran on Vimeo.

A few things about the video

  • My original outfit is pretty ridiculous. I didn’t realize that until now. So I looked ridiculous all day. Tiny sweater. Long tshirt. Ugh.
  • I didn’t know how much you’d see when I shot it. Therefore, there is a little more… skin than I had intended.
  • If you watch closely, you’ll notice there are some holes in my underwear. I’m poor. It’s still fairly safe for work.
  • The pan on the crouch… wasn’t intentional… yet it’s hilarious.
  • I forgot to say, but there is no butt flap.

Chance would have it that yesterday (during my daily procrastination of school work) I watched the video of the “quick walk through” of your new house. You two have done a lot with it–looks great!!

Also, no one is going to be looking closely enough to notice any holes, Rhett.

I noticed the holes. I guess you know now what Santa is going to bring you.

Did you have to buy pink long johns? Does Leah find your new look attractive?

If you bought more expensive long johns they would have a butt opening. The real test is … are you warm while you walk in these crazy windchills?

They aren’t actually pink. They are red, but it just looks pink because the lighting is poor.

They are pretty warm. Next time I’m going to get the waffle print kind.

I feel like I accidentally walked into the men’s washroom by mistake.

Ok…that was something else. But I hear you about the need for a long underwear rotation. I’ve been living in long underwear for the past two weeks (underneath my regular clothes of course). Anyways, thanks for sharing! A good distraction from writing my sexual ethics paper, which I shall now return to re-energized and with more food for thought ;)

I finally watched this and, I’ve got to say, it’s pretty amusing.

But, if it’s too cold for you, it’s probably too cold for Duke. He’s not a Husky of any sort, after all.
