Lastnight we adopted Duke, a 3 year old, 75 pound SCHNOODLE! That’s Giant Schnauzer and Standard Poodle. We got him from the Calgary Humane Society.

Yeh, I thought your dog’s name was Wicket. I actually thought of that. Ha! I have an excellent memory in very weird situations. Thanks. His first night went really well and I think he’s going to be a great friend.
Poodles are pretty awesome, so things that are crossbred with them are probably pretty awesome, too. He seems pretty relaxed in the video, which is probably a good thing. I prefer a dog who is a bit lazy to one who runs around the house yapping all the time (I guess that’s part of the reason that I prefer big dogs).
The only time he’s really hyper is when we first let him out of the kennel. But otherwise, definitely awesome and hypo-allergenic.
